Lessons with Wendy Wergeles

Teacher/trainer/rider Wendy Wergeles is available for individual, semi-private or group lessons as well as training for the horse on a short or long-term basis. Wendy's experience in three-day eventing and combined training is extensive. See Wendy's lesson and training rates. 

Boarding during training

Although Cottonwood Ranch is a working breeding and conditioning farm for our own horses, we usually have stabling available to the individual-in-training or for groups and clinics. We offer full-time training and long-term boarding on a space-available basis. See the Cottonwood Ranch schooling and board rate schedule.

Facilities

A dedicated dressage arena and large (150x300) arena suited for stadium jumping and riding on the flat is available.

Cross-country schooling obstacles provide a variety of learning situations at different difficulty levels. A mile-long grass/cross-country gallop, numerous shorter gallop tracks and a third-mile racetrack allow training at speed as well as steeplechase schooling. Our sandy footing remains terrific during the rainy season.
